PATIOS, FOOTWAYS, GARDEN AREAS


This pricing covers areas that will not be heavily loaded as in pedestrian footways, patios, garden features and any area where the maximum load will be pedestrians and light traffic like bicycles.
£95.00/ m²  to £155.00/ m²

DRIVEWAYS, DUAL ACCESS AREAS


This pricing covers areas that will have vehicular traffic using it at any stage and must have a loading of less than 3000kg.
£105.00/ m² to £175.00/ m²
The rates for complex designs are based on designs that are not normally used and are for projects that make use of very high end paving products that are not normally stocked but have to be manufactured to order. These designs are very time consuming and require many hours of pre-planning and design work.
Generally paving contracts fall in the Basic to Standard category and as mentioned previously the cost per m² decreases the larger the area and increases the smaller the area becomes. In my examples the rates are based on an area of 30m².
